"Yes Ma'am" was launched in 2017 by Kelly Fields to create community, leadership, and mentorship opportunities for women in the industry.  The foundation kick off in June included a community panel addressing the experiences, struggles, successes, and life accomplishments of some of the best female chefs in the country.  A five course dinner prepared by chefs Nina Compton (New Orleans, LA), Kristen Kish (Boston, MA), Cassidee Dabney (Walland, TN), Traci Des Jardins (San Francisco, CA), and Kelly Fields (New Orleans, LA) raised capital to provide grants and scholarships for continuing and hands on education for women.
